It certainly looks like Fort Belan but the Fort isn't in the three Towns.    ???

                       I think that it's in Fferm Bach Road in Craig-y-Don, halfway up the hill on the left, travelling up from Queen's Road.

Agreed Brian. One of the local doctors lives there I think, but wasn't it the museum which housed the Chardon Collection until it moved in 1985?
