Is it the old windmill at the top of Nant y Gamar.  Presumably it was a windmill many years ago.

No guesses, so here is a clue. It is a very old building and has a religious link.

But is it the field next to Llanrhos Church on the south side?

You are quite right Trojan, it was in a field but I was looking for a bit more identification!
Hugo, you are correct and the bridge goes over the Afon Ganol/ Afon Wydden, (I couldn't remember which name was finally decided upon), which was the subject of some discussion earlier this year on the Llanrhos Stream thread on the Forum.

That's a nice photo Gwynant, I don't think that we found out the name of the stream.    Apparently there are 2 Afon Ganols, one flows out in Rhos and the other by the RSPB reserve near Glan Conwy.
I think it may have been Cambrian who told us about the Afon Wydden and one flows into the Afon Ganol while the second Afon Wydden flows past Marl.

Halifax?    :D

Or more likely the back of a piece of construction equipment such as a crane.   ZXZ
