I don't think, so but treat them mean and keep them keen.  "That's the way to do it " isn't it Yorkie?
It's a bit breezy living on the Prom that long though.    ;D

Hugo's answered the question in the cryptic way it was given and the answer is now fairly obvious.

It is, of course, Punch and Judy, who are the original Codman's puppets.  Been around for 150 years but only got married a year or so ago.

Well done H.! :D

I had this typed out before Cambrians post came up, but that is right.

Correct, Hugo!  $good$ I thought cropping the photo tightly around the door would make it a little more difficult to guess, maybe not!

Where in the Three Towns area will you find this unusual entrance?

I think it is up a side lane on the Sychnant Pass road just before the Crow's Nest junction where the Old Hall (I have forgotten the original name of it!) has been converted into flats and it the Old Mews opposite into cottages.

Correct, it's the original entrance to Oakwood Park, built as a hotel but now 3 very nice houses.  ;)

Correct, Nemesis. I forgot at the time to take a second photo showing the location so I have found one taken last year from the other side of the river and it is the ivy-covered building behind the mast of the left-hand yacht.
