Some illustrious local names on there as past Presidents: Lord Mostyn, Sir William Letts, Frank Tyldsley, A.E. Vollam, but Presidents of what?

Llandudno had a couple of reservoirs on the Great Orme at one time, and the town also had a water tower. The unused water tower can still be viewed today........but where?
