Google Street view tells me it is Aberconwy Car and Van Hire,  bui they seemed to have changed the window since Google went by!     ZXZ  ZXZ

I should have known that..(kicking myself) ... because I took a look around those flats when they were first for sale 4 years ago,
They were in the most disgusting state ... people were living in at least one of them in total squalor, and I could not believe that any Estate Agent would dare to show a prospective buyer around in conditions like that.

You should have seen some of the ones I've been round in Colwyn Bay!! Every window either smashed or boarded up, kitchen and bathroom had been completely removed to stop squatters - it's an eye opener alright. Even at £10,000, it wasn't worth touching. :o

One of the flats at 16 Mostyn Street is for sale - £79,950! No thank you!  (*)
