Well, maybe it wasn't so wild!   It was the ceiling that gave me an idea, but I certainly wasn't sure.  Z**

Yes! I was thinking that the pine trees in the background might give it away.  $good$

Actually no, it wasn't the pine trees it was sheer curiosity because of a love of decorative brick work and chimneys!
More education for me from the forum, thank you. I now know a lot more about this gorgeous house.
I often find myself looking at houses with wonderful brickwork in Llandudno. I think I mean along Abbey Street but I'm sure, you will know where they are. Have you any more pics of ones to look out for?
I found this film of the house in my search last night but it is in Welsh which I can't understand but the inside also looks impressive. I think there maybe a holiday flat in there too. Now that would be a room with a view!

There's lot of interesting houses dotted around town; a lot in Abbey Road and Church Walks but also a couple in Gloddaeth Avenue and Lloyd Street. Will have to try and dig out some photos.

Some of the brickwork decoration is quite rare I was told by an architect.

It is near the exit of the Colwyn Bay Crematorium.

I think it may be owned by the Water Board.
