Now that the forum covers a far larger geographic area, it's probably a good idea for the person posting a question to say which one of the three towns it is in.

Yes, quite. Rowen appears to be some miles outside Conwy.

That as a good one.

A mysterious hatch in the back of the Town Hall - what purpose can it serve? An emergency exit for councillors in the event of the taxpayers storming the building to protest at the lack of progress on the Pier Pavilion site?  ;D
