Thanks Hugo, I've heard its a bit of a dicey walk. I've only seen the memorial from the sea.

It's one that you really should do in pairs as there is a bit of scrambling on slippy rocks as well as getting the tide right.   It's very exposed and not the best place to be stranded
I caught my camera on a rock as I was climbing over it and the lens cover popped off and slid down a crevice in the rocks so I had to go to get a new one today from Cambrian Photography, but it could have been a lot worse

It has to be fine dining somewhere but I've no idea where, so a wild guess at the Castle Hotel in Conwy

There is dining involved but it isn't in Conwy.

The name of this establishment has a literary connection.

Well done, correct!
The owner told us the place was designed to be quirky and the idea came from Toad of Toad Hall.

Where in 1928 would you have found a Greyhound Racing Track in Llandudno?

If you can't guess it Steve then no one can       ;D

I presume that the Greyhound is a dog, but just in case it's a red herring I'll have a very wild pop at the Marine Drive where the Greyhound buses used to drive around?         ???

I did look at the Greyhound Paddle Steamer that used to come to Llandudno but that one left in 1924 to go to Turkey!
