If you can't guess it Steve then no one can       ;D

I presume that the Greyhound is a dog, but just in case it's a red herring I'll have a very wild pop at the Marine Drive where the Greyhound buses used to drive around?         ???

I did look at the Greyhound Paddle Steamer that used to come to Llandudno but that one left in 1924 to go to Turkey!

I thought it might be a "red herring" , something like an old arcade game, also greyhound racing came to Cardiff in 1928 I wondered if that had a link.

Googling I found reference to lety’r Filiast – translates as ‘lair of the female greyhound', a cromlech near Ormegolf's establishment ... but I cannot link it to racing or 1928 !!!

It was a real greyhound track, a brother of a famous Llandudno theatre impresario set it up next to a theatre...

Was it on the site of the golf course that used to be next to the Grand Theatre?

I'll try a pop instead at the Arcadia Theatre.  The track may have been where the roller skating rink was or even across the road where the circus was in the Summer months.      ???

Well done! The Arcadia was owned by Will Catlin, his brother set up a Greyhound Track in the old pleasure gardens to the side of the Arcadia Theatre. Don't think it lasted very long.

I came across an advert and took a photo of it which didn't come out too well.    It's doctored of course, as it would be too easy otherwise but where is this cafe and Tea Gardens that has terraced gardens,  Lily ponds and glorious sea views?
One point for the location and a bonus point for the name

I thought it was a bit out of your normal area, maybe mixed it up with South stack.
