Not many of them left now.  Seems an eerie coincidence that he died on the day the Beeb starts its two-part film of the Robbery.

Very true.  Also - not often mentioned - David Whitby, the loco's second man, who died of a heart attack 9 years later at the early age of 34.

Who do we send the bill to for his medical treatment since his return from Brazil ?

He came back for medical treatment, but how much N I had he contributed over the years.

Should have been left to rot were he was.
