I couldn't resist snapping this little fella found discarded on the roadside, poor thing. Never even got to know his name. Maybe I should give him one... Bob, no. Urm...Ginger, No. Um..Oscar? Yes! He looks like an Oscar? Anyone want a bite? :P

Just got round to looking at your Flickr account Dave, hadn't looked at it for a few years. Got to say, pretty damn impressive. A great catalogue of events. Another 20/30 years from now, it will seem strange looking back at them i'm sure.  $good$

I paid a visit with my good friend Geoff to the old Saunders-Roe/Cammell Laird flying boat factory at Beaumaris on Saturday. Fascinating to see these old, vast aircraft hangers virtually unchanged since their World War II heyday:
