Just as a matter of interest - German plates that have a "H" at the end indicate it is registered as a "Historic" car ... just thought you might like to know that!

Yes, but they're only selling the window...

Yes and it is a complete restored 60s model. It has the engine in situ, but everything looked too clean for it to have been driven there. The assistant wasn't forthcoming, but we imagined that it must have been man-handled into place due to safety issues with the fuel. She did say that the window was worth seeing when it is dark.

The one thing which put me off were the grubby 'plastic bottle Christmas Trees' which seem to have re-appeared near the car park. I imagine that they might look better when lit. ;D

Just seen a beige Fiat X19 , boy did I like those in their day, they never were big but look so small these days as cars have all increased in length and width.
It was in immaculate condition.

Wirral to Llandudno Mini Run .
This Sunday Jan 11th
.
The Minis leave the Wirral at 8.30am and stop in Rhos for a break sometime between 10am and 11am then drive in convoy to Llandudno and onto the Great Orme. They should be on the prom in the afternoon weather permitting.

We were admiring this powerful looking beast in Newborough car park yesterday.   It's a Cosworth Range Rover with massive tyres.

Let's think, which one shall I take for a spin today, the Roller, the Bentley or the Ferrari?

The one real car missing is a Facel Vega.   What?  I hear you all say!  Maybe a bit far back to 1962 for many to remember the very short production.  Some ar still around and there is even a Facel Vega Car Club.
