Works fine for me, might be a fault with your computer or the file sizes are massive, maybe?

The others loaded OK, the iPad seems OK except that I have upgraded to iOS8.  I'll fiddle with the pics or put them on my PC and try again.   $good$

I upgraded my iPad last week to iOS8, I would love to unupgrade it now, seems slower and generally not as good!  :rage:

I can only agree with you ME.  The only way I got to upload the last picture was by transfering it to my old notebook and then posting it again.  I couldn't be bothered to do the same with the other five.

It is certainly not good with the Forum, so maybe one or the other needs tweeking.   ZXZ

I think the older the device the more trouble you may have with iOS8, especially iPad2 and iPhone4S as they are the most entry level models that will get the update. For a short time it is possible to downgrade back to iOS7.1.2 if you are serious about doing it.

Think I'll go back to my 1980 Apple Euro Plus with its 16 k of memory, two floppy drives, and only available in Black and White.  Those were the days.

SDQ's right. We've just upgraded all our computers, phones and iPads and they're working more quickly - particularly Safari, which is now blazingly fast - but the iPad is not entirely free of problems.  But that's common with any new OS build, initially, at least.

My iPad is about 2 1/2 years old, so will it improve? Or should I somehow revert to ios7?

It won't improve, unless you change some things. 'Battery doctor' will speed it up, however, and eliminating stuff you don't need will have the same effect.

A lot of apps have updated to iOS8, but my keyboard now says NOVI RED instead of return, so back to the drawing board!

If it's the processor struggling to run the new OS it may never improve unless Apple find a fix.
