It's only half the height as well.
Is it on skids?

Apparently, road legal and drivable!

Not for me.  I've never been a Lotus fan, although my first experience of a sports car was a Lotus Super Seven belonging to a friend who built it from bits and pieces.  At present I am happy not owning a Honda S2000 !   ^*^0

You're correct of course ME but it is still a good looking motor.   It's mid engined and the mechanic would have to work on the engine while sitting in the boot!
The boot itself is just big enough for a small rucksack and a pair of my mountain walking boots so it wouldn't be practical for me and apart from that I had to have a hand to get out of the thing!      :-[

The Lotus is a great car, good to see it, I'll stick with the Jaguar and the Spitfire for now.  ^*^0 ^*^0

I'm reminded of my first car which was a 1932 Austin Seven.  Advance and retard lever, and hand throttle on the steering wheel, three stud wheel fixing which could result in wheels suddenly coming off, and an engine you could service and de-coke in a little over an hour!   What fun....50 mph down hill with four up!   It was at the time of the Suez crisis and if you had held a provisional licence for a year you could drive by yourself.   And it pulled the birds!   :D   Happy Days!    ;D

Was it known as a "Baby Austin?" My Grandfather had one.
