What X-BOW models are available and how much do they cost?
There are 4 models, which are variously equipped as follows:

X-BOW “STREET”: a sports car with character in the basic version for €52,479 (excl. all taxes and national duties, transport and payment of customs duties)

X-BOW “CLUBSPORT”: with important features that are indispensable for the racetrack, for €62,979 (excl. all taxes and national duties, transport and payment of customs duties)

X-BOW “SUPERLIGHT”: equipped with lots of carbon parts, an eyecatcher on any race track – for €83,979 (excl. all taxes and national duties, transport and payment of customs duties)

X-BOW “GT4”: the ultimate racing X-BOW for the circuit, for €87,045 (excl. all taxes and national duties, transport and payment of customs duties)

Fester and Merddin Emrys are going to club together to buy 7 DR (for £39,000) when our Betboo shares go above £10 a share.

This could take approximately 4 years.

Just enough time for you to pass your test Dave?

It's a KTM X-Bow

The KTM X-Bow (pronounced "crossbow") is an ultra-light sports car for road and race use, produced by Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM. It is the first car in their product range. It was launched at the Geneva Motor Show in 2008.

On Top Gear BBC 2 tonight they are featuring 3 cars.  The KTM X-Bow, a Morgan 3 wheeler and a Caterham R500 so I've taped the programme to see how the cars perform.

Anyone with a Honda S2000 is invited to join the Club's North Wales Spring Meet which will be held on Saturday 31st. March and Sunday 1st. April.

We will be meeting up early on the Saturday for a drive of about 190 miles on some of North Wales' most interesting roads.  There will be an overnight stop in Bedgellert and a drive on the Sunday back to the starting point.   Special hotel rate has been negotiated.

Anyone interested PM me for details.    Z**

Well, last week we bought a Jaguar again! a 94 Jaguar Sovereign with a 4 litre 6 cylinder engine, it's a low mileage car in lovely condition, very nice to drive and we never want to get out of it! Goes well with the 2 Triumphs as all three, like me, were born in Coventry!

Wow, that's got to be expensive to run. How much to fill up the tank?

It's not just the petrol Dave, it's everything else. Having had 5 different Jags and Daimlers in the past the running costs can be very high. An XJS we once had was doing 6mpg coming up a hill with 4 people in-- repairs-- the tills don't open till £500 goes in-- road tax-- I'll stick to out £20 little one and the ancient freebie !!
