I wonder if any of you good folk on here can help. Many years ago, my sister was bought a model of St Tudno's church by my parents.  I think they got it from the gift shop at the Rectory Tea Gardens when she was a little girl.  She treasured this for years and recently it has gone missing from her house. It held great sentimental value and was a link to our parents who have been gone for some years.  Does anyone know where she could get a replacement?  It was a painted plaster model in the style of those made by
Lilliput Lane.  She has looked everywhere. Apologies if this is posted in the wrong section and thanks in advance of any assistance

You can buy model churches at www.amazon.co.uk

Whether there is one of St Tudnos or something similar, I am not sure.   Have a look and you may find something worthy of buying.

Once on Amazon search for Model Church.    ££$

We were out for a walk in the glorious sunshine on Sunday morning and passed by the derelict house on Llys Helig Drive. Looks like its been abandoned for a while, does anyone have more information on it? The land its on must be worth a fortune, if nothing else.

I see site clearance has begun. Wonder how much they paid for the house and demolition.

I read an interesting article in the NWWN last week on the memories of Dr Garrett's Memorial home in Conwy,    The pictures and words were courtesy of the Conwy Archives and was written by Kate Hallett.
It was a very good article and there are more photos of the home on display in the Conwy Archives.
