Beautiful photos and colours,  I've never seen anything like that since I retired some years ago.     :)

My boss and I have just come in from Venuecymru after going back in time watching Dreamboats and Petticoats, what a great show well worth the entrance fee and booking charge. If you want to see a good show i would highly recommend it before it ends at the weekend

Anyone got any idea what is the point in having an expensive road sign saying "Camera not working."    Beats me.

Needs a visit from Alex Polizzi.  Or maybe something like that would put her off forever!

I know this post is about somewhere out of the area. However I feel it might be of interest and I hope there will be no silly remarks.
You think there are problems in this area. This is nothing to the problems down the road. In Rhyl, a town I have many happy memories of.
There are three main ways into the town. From Prestatyn, from Rhuddlan and the A55 and from this direction through Towyn.
Well, would you believe, these three or going to be reduced for two, for not far short of six months.
The Foryd bridge, often known as the blue bridge, often being worked on for very long periods of time with one way traffic. Now it's found that the whole deck is collapsing and the whole thing is to be closed from July. Just in time for the main season.  They only just finished a lengthy period of traffic lights on this whilst they worked on it.

I read this in the paper and couldn't understand, if it is that dangerous, why are they waiting until July?

Going back to the Foryd bridge, I have either misled any readers or the story in the papers was incorrect. I cannot check because I am not sure in which paper I read it.
However, it now turns out that the bridge will not be completely shut at all.it will have one way traffic control  from end July to December and be completely closed for a very short period after the summer holidays are over.
This is of course very different. One way only traffic restrictions are virtually permanent on this already. Mike
