"Homeless people used as Wi-Fi Hotspots"
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/13/technology/homeless-as-wi-fi-transmitters-creates-a-stir-in-austin.html?_r=2

If this scheme were to be replicated in Llandudno, it would be a great thing for me personally.

I could position myself at Hooson's corner, in the range of many such ''homeless wi-fi transmitters'' and do my share dealing without fear of losing my signal.
On an evening I could re-locate to the Colonnade on Happy Valley road, or to the bandstand on the promenade.

An incredible coincidence has just occurred.   Well, at least I think it is.

I was just about to post the picture (below) of the nocturnal visitor I had on Saturday.
As I was attaching the image, my security light just snapped on, and there he was again!
I'm going to call him Graham.

My father in law reliably informed me that they eat meat, so I gave him some ham from the fridge.
He snaffled all that, and seemed quite content.  (as can be seen in pic 2)
Apologies for the picture quality, its nearly as bad as Dave's.
Tonight, he was offered Pepperoni, which he turned his snout up at... and toddled off most disgruntled.

Picky b****r, is our Graham.

Apparently dog food (the meat variety) is recommended by such as the RSPCA.

Hedgehogs normally eat worms etc and should be left to their own devices unless you see them out in the open in the daytime.

I had no worms in the fridge when I checked, so wafer thin ham had to suffice.

I hope if I am ever hungry I don't find myself relying on you, you CHUFF.

They are quite capable of feeding themselves, wild creatures should be left to fend for themselves unless the weather conditions are extreme etc.

SHE who knows ALL things in Llandudno, (the wife of HE who knows ALL things in Llandudno) has informed me tonight by text, that Vets recommend that Hedgehogs should be fed with dog or cat food.

In which case you would have thought that my hedgehog would have been OK with Asda Pepperoni?

''HE'' is likely to be infested with fleas, so no check was feasible.

Not that I go round checking the sex of all the animals in the local neighbourhood... I hasten to add.
