The popular Alfredo Restaurant in Conwy is back on the market after being run by the same family for 32 years.
The restaurant has been operating in Conwy since 1959 after the building - the former Boot Inn and Plas Coch - was converted into an eatery.
Founded by Italian Biagio Ramiconi, the restaurant has been put back on the market after it failed to sell in 2019
The price has been reduced from £825,000 to £649, 950, and is now being put up for sale with Fletcher & Poole estate agents.
It has 120 covers and has been a favourite spot for visitors and locals, and is an institution in the medieval town.

Y Bedol bar and bistro, in Tal Y Bont, has like many rural pubs had its ups and downs in recent years.
But owners Steve and Marion Hesketh took over in 2016 and have put money and passion into revitalising the local in a venture that has proved "overwhelmingly successful".
Now the site is on the market with estate agent Dafydd Hardy for £435,000.
