I note that in this week's list of planning applications registered with Conwy CBC, an application has gone in for a new shopfront at the former Jesspos.

So hopefully, despite there not being a definite tenant, it will hope fully soon look a great deal better than it has done lately, with a nice new front.

That's good news, the present aluminium shop front is not very attractive.

There's an, er, amusing review of the Llandudno Emporium popped up on Yelp (the one submitted by Dunstan B. on 24/01/14).

The bloke has only ever made the one post on TA so I would suspect by the tone of it that it is a local competitor and according to his location, lives in Penrhyn Bay!

I've met the Owner and he seems OK to me!

So that's why there are so few posts on the forum at the moment.

Fester is too busy engaging in small talk with his customers.

Not Buff.

It was almost like reading my own appraisal.  Windbag is one of the kinder things I get called on a daily basis, eh Dave?

Andy, may I ask how you managed to come across that obscure review, on the very same day it was posted?  ?{}?
