The old Manor Fine Foods, or 'Bish Pots Pantry on St George's place closed down last month and has had loads of work going on inside.
All I can see is a very posh looking lighting rig, chandelier type things.
I've not seen a 'change of use' notice, but it doesn't look like a shop fitting going on.
Does anyone know what it's going to be next?
New HQ for the LLANDUDNO IMPROVEMENT COMMISSIONERS?

Noticed shop fitters in the old Cups and Cake shop, and two "Let agreed" shops, one in the Victoria centre, and the Outdoor shop, just outside, nice to see things moving.

Sad day when you have to keep all your receipts from a days shopping for months, just in case a situation like crops up....

Dad hit with 'shameful' charge for spending just minutes in Llandudno car park
Kenneth Jordan wrongly received an £85 charge notice from ParkingEye after dropping off his children at Mostyn Champneys retail park.

Llandudno.....
We had a look at Primark yesterday, it was mobbed, till queues with dozens of customers waiting, staff with queuing signs keeping control, lots of young mums with prams.
It was our first experience of Primark, seems a good selection and fair prices, I think it will have a positive effect bringing people to town, but if I owned a clothing or shoe shop,  :(   :(

Colwyn Bay........
The New Look store in Colwyn Bay is set to close in a blow to the town centre.
The women’s clothing shop on Station Road is due to shut, although no closure date has been confirmed.
A spokeswomen encouraged shoppers to go online instead.

I see the former Staples, now Office Outlet has a closing down sale on.

Staff say it will close in the next few weeks. Sadly with the internet this could not be described as surprising.

I've heard that a 'Little Waitrose' is mooted for the now empty Store21 unit in the Victoria Centre. Time will tell if they actually do open there.

The Victoria shopping centre is quite a sad sight these day.
So many empty, concealed or struggling units.

Why not close close it down and reopen it as a night time arcade of bars and cafes?
It would be busier than it is now.

We walked through it on Tuesday and I have to say we were both surprised at how many empty units, waiting forlornly in search of an occupier, there were.

I was speaking to the decorator repainting the front of Store 21, he had heard the Waitrose rumour, but was instructed to leave the old store sign in position, plus clothing and shop fittings still inside, the cynical side of me is thinking, bankrupt one week, reopen the next.
