In Blackpool there were my 2 favourite pinball machines....'Star Trek Next Generation'  and  'Hulk Hogan WWF Wrestling'

Its not too much of an exaggeration to say that I was OBSESSED by them.

Never heard of these guys BrumBob so thanks for introducing them.

I was lucky enough to see the "real" Pink Floyd a few times, then along came The Australian Pink Floyd Show. "The greatest tribute band in the World". I never miss them when they're in the UK. Now it seems Aussie Floyd have got there own tribute band!

They look and sound great. See you on April 27th.

Yes, I also saw the real Pink Floyd at 'Mothers' nightclub Birmingham.

The British Pink Floyd Show is a reincarnation of The Australian Pink Floyd Show with many former members, in fact it is the full line up of the band members that do/did the American tours under the name of TAPFS.
Same light show, same engineers and above all Damian Darlington who is the life blood of both tribute bands.

The Australian Pink Floyd Show is still continuing with the original Australian musicians.

My favorite Stranglers song is the 1977 release No More Heroes.

More raw and punky than Golden Brown.

Here they are on Top of the Pops:

I saw The Stranglers in Bradford in about 1979,   superb and I got 'sweated' on by Jean-Jacques Burnel.

I got to meet Jean-Jacques backstage afterwards, and he was one of the most miserable tw#ts I have met in my life...
