The car park used to be far bigger until they extended the shopping centre across half of the top deck.

So more shops and less parking!

I am only saying my experience, not taking sides. I go in there in a car virtually every day, sometimes twice a day. Driving down the ramp I look at the top car park. If it looks full (ish) I go to the bottom. I can honestly say that for the last 18 months I have NEVER had a problem.  Mike

Ah, there's a large one underground level as well, that usually has a spare space in it. You go onto the shop level car park, then take the ramp down.

There was a light fall of snow here overnight but it has settled on top of frozen snow and makes walking on the side roads very tricky.   The water in the bird baths, watering can and rain butts is still frozen although it is quite sunny outside and they say it's going to get worse!

We had another snowfall overnight and everywhere is covered in snow. I'll venture outside to take our dog out for his morning walk but it looks really cold out there with a strong North Easterly wind blowing.     I'll need to wrap up well and to make matters worse the central heating boiler is on the blink!    :rage:

As I was walking the dog earlier this morning the snowplough and a gritter went past and at least they are keeping the main roads open.  The pavements on the other hand were very slippy and it was safer walking on the road especially if you have a 5 stone dog pulling you about!
When I got back from the walk I had to spend about half an hour digging the snow from the drive in order that I could get my car out and do some shopping.

About another inch of snow fell overnight so after taking the dog out for a walk my first job was to dig out the snow from the drive again!   As I passed  Ysgol Pen Y Bryn it looked like the school was closed as there were no cars parked in the snow covered car park.
It's strange looking down on to Rhos as it doesn't seem affected by the snow yet we have more than our fair share here.
